Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-embracing email management tool, which will grant you complete command over your e-mail box accounts and email newsletters. With this easy-to-use interface, you can set up a brand new e-mailbox in an instant and administer its settings effortlessly. Plus, you can forward e-mail messages from one electronic mail account to another, set up email filters, set up autoresponder messages and defend your electronic mail accounts against spam electronic mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can shield all your e-mail boxes against junk e-mails. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no unsolicited e-mails will find their way into your e-mail box. Your electronic mail messages will be sifted out based on their spam score. You can also choose whether an electronic mail message marked as spam should be deleted or forwarded to a certain e-mailbox.
Email Filters
Email filters are ideal for filtering your incoming electronic mails on the basis of specific rules set by you. Creating mail filters is very easy - all you need to do is fill in a simple form and your e-mail filter will be created and will go into effect immediately. You can easily create a mail filter for any of your email mailbox accounts and specify the email filtering criteria as per your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly redirect your incoming e-mail messages from one e-mail account to another, or even to a number of other email boxes. Just select the email mailbox account you would like to redirect electronic mails from, then select the destination e-mailbox and select if you wish to keep a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager GUI, you can quickly configure the electronic mail client of your preference to access your electronic mail accounts. Just go to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mail account you wish to set up on your personal computer or mobile phone and click on the electronic mail client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new electronic mail account will be set up in a minute.

With the Email Manager user interface, managing multiple e-mailboxes at the same time is child's play. The Email Manager GUI will also allow you to easily set up an auto-reply message - enter the message you would like people to notice and our system will handle the rest. And if you want to configure a catch-all mailbox - you can achieve that with a mere mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
